Course Purchase & Website Terms
Clear information about booking, course access, cancellations and using the ISO Academy website.
Updated 15 October 2026. The purchase terms below apply to new bookings from this date. They do not retrospectively reduce rights agreed for an existing booking.
Course purchases
Who you are buying from
ISO Academy Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 12542559. Our registered office is 2 Lupton Road, Fradley, Lichfield, England, WS13 8XN. Contact hello@iso-academy.com for course, purchase or support questions.
Choosing and paying for a course
Check the course title, standard edition, level, content, study time, assessment and price before paying. Course prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). VAT is not charged on our courses. Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion charges if you pay from another currency.
Our online course checkout and learning platform are provided through Thinkific at www.iso-academy.com. Review your order, enter any eligible discount code and check the final amount before completing payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Keep your order confirmation and receipt. If an order or access email does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact us.
Access and assessment
New course enrolments provide 180 daysβ access from enrolment. This is the access period, not the amount of study time required. Course descriptions state the expected study time; you can study at your own pace within your access period. Keep your login details private and use the account for the enrolled learner.
You may revisit the learning materials and re-attempt assessments during your access period. A certificate is awarded when you successfully meet the course completion and assessment requirements. Re-attempts do not remove the assessment requirements or guarantee a pass without completing them.
You need a compatible internet-connected device, an up-to-date browser and a working email address. Contact us before booking if you need help checking technical or accessibility requirements. Course materials are supplied in English unless the course description says otherwise.
Cancellations and refunds
We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds. If a problem is caused by an error on our part, contact us so we can investigate and put it right, including a refund where appropriate. This policy does not exclude or limit any cancellation rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law, including for digital content that is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.
If you buy as a consumer, a statutory cancellation period may apply. For UK online digital-content purchases this is normally 14 days from entering the contract. That right is only lost when the legal conditions are met, including your express request for immediate supply and your acknowledgement that the cancellation right will be lost when supply begins. Accessing a page or accepting these general terms alone does not automatically establish those conditions.
To cancel, report an error or ask for a refund, email hello@iso-academy.com with your name, order number, course and a brief explanation. A clear written statement is sufficient; the optional form below may help. We aim to respond within two business days. Where a refund is legally due, we will provide it within the applicable statutory timescale using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
